During our training sessions, my experienced coaching eye and motivational tactics will give you the tools and confidence you need to feel safe while training and or break through plateaus you may be experiencing.
Early sessions, the emphasis will be learning or reviewing some basic fundamentals, this will ensure your training will be more sustainable, safe, efficient and effective. I like to title this phase as 'learning how to train'.
Once you have a solid understanding of proper technique, we can progress to 'training to train'. This is when we get after it! You decide the length of the session, I design the workout in accordance to your short and long-term goals.
