When signed up for my programming service, you will receive a structured well thought out plan for every workout. Specific details of the warmup, exercises, weight, reps, sets and rest are all provided. I also encourage you to send me short videos of your training for technique analysis. This service will allow us to fix up any form issues that could cause your training to be less efficient.
